William is widely recognised as a leading Australian expert on the Visual Studio Team System (VSTS) suite and is a Team System MVP.  Over the last two years he has worked closely with Microsoft’s product team in the US, providing user feedback on the latest release of VSTS and suggestions about future versions.  William is the Vice-President of the Queensland VSTS User Group and has presented at numerous Microsoft events throughout Australia.  He is the co-author of Inside the Microsoft® Build Engine: Using MSBuild and Team Foundation Build published by Microsoft Press.  William works for Queensland-based business software solution company, TechnologyOne, where his primary focus is on improving developer productivity by implementing VSTS, focusing specifically on education, processes and tools.  William can also be found occasionally blogging at http://blogs.teamsystemnotes.com.
